I thought I would blog about my new card I created this past week using the new stamp set, Butterfly Gala and the new Rectangle Stitched framelit dies that are bundled with the Amazing Life stamp set. All new from Stampin’ Up! In their new 2019 Occasions catalog.
The following directions are the basic instructions to make out of any color combo you are choosing.
1 piece of Whisper White cardstock cut at 5.5" and scored at 4.25" as the base.
Using the largest rectangle stitched die, cut out a rectangle from Daffodil Delight or any color cardstock.
Using the 3rd largest rectangle stitched die, cut one out of Whisper White cardstock.
On the white rectangle die piece, stamp in Daffodil Delight ink, or the color of your choice, use the largest circles and the splatter stamps from Beauty Abounds stamp set. I stamped in the middle to fill in the space to my liking.
Cutting from the new Botanical Butterfly DSP, choose a butterfly to match or contrast with the ink you used. I punched mine out with the new Butterfly duet punch.
Before I added the butterfly, I added some silver metallic thread wrapped in a circle using some snail and then added the butterfly with some liquid mono adhesive.
You can now add a sentiment of your choosing if you wish on the front and on the inside for whatever occasion you are sending the card for.

And for fun, I used the matching 6 x 6 DSP Gingham Gala paper for the flap on the envelope.
